Find the Feeling First.

A Brand Identity in Minutes.

Skip the Agency. Keep the Taste.

Turn a rough idea into a brand vibe, a mood board, and written visual guidelines — the look locked before you build a single page.

The three-step system

Turn any idea into a world-class brand identity in minutes with AI. Each artefact feeds the next — the vibe report writes the mood board, and the mood board writes the guidelines. Do them in order and the look is locked before you build a page.

1A written read on how your brand feels

Brand Vibe Report

Define the emotional tone, energy, audience and deeper meaning behind the brand — before a single visual exists.

2A vertical board of the actual look

Mood Board Image

Turn the vibe into fonts, colours, textures, photography style and sample mockups in one generated image.

3A written guide anything can build from

Visual Brand Guidelines

Read the board back into a document that says how to use the colours, fonts, textures and photo style in real content.

The full method

Every lesson, instruction and pro tip from the course — collapsed so the page stays scannable. Open the one you need.

Turn ideas into a professional brand identity in minutes using ChatGPT and AI image tools — skipping the expensive agency round-trips and endless revisions. The three artefacts stack: the vibe report feeds the mood board, and the mood board feeds the written guidelines.

Bring it all together: upload the vibe report, the board and the guidelines into a ChatGPT Project so every new chat already knows the brand. That persistent context is what makes the mockups and marketing ideas stay on-brand.

  • Use AI for fast brainstorming, visual direction and mockups
  • Build the brand's foundation once, then generate any content you need from it
  • Works for personal brands, products, services, events and more

Create the Brand Vibe Report. Type one word, a sentence, or paste a full transcript or web page — the tool returns a clear written overview of what the brand feels like and who it's for. This step is deliberately about the feeling, not the look.

Instructions
  1. 1

    Drop in your brand info

Type a few words about the business, paste a chunk from the website, or add whatever is ready. Don't overthink it — mission statements, service descriptions, even competitor copy all work.

Tip · Anything is a valid input. The point is to give it something to react to.

  2. 2

    Let the tool analyse it

Submit and let it work. It returns a written summary of the brand's personality, tone and energy — no visuals yet.

  3. 3

    Review your vibe report

It picks up the brand name and niche, the sales messaging, the ideal client, the founder story, and the overall energy and vibe.

  4. 4

    Refine if needed

Not right? Add more info and run it again. Steer it by naming brands you admire, describing the feeling you want, or uploading screenshots.

Tip · "Friendly, creative, organised — like Notion but for design" is a better steer than a paragraph of adjectives.

  5. 5

    Save your report

Copy it into a Google Doc. You'll reuse it when training AI for mood boards, graphics, or any custom GPT project.

Pro tips
  • Don't chase perfection — this is a rough draft you'll tweak as the brand grows
  • Founder stories matter more than ever; people want the human behind the brand
  • Test random ideas — the best results often come from throwing a few words in
  • Save every version. The "wrong" one sometimes sparks the next breakthrough

Paste the mood board prompt into ChatGPT or any AI image tool, drop in your Brand Vibe Report, and it generates a vertical mood board — fonts, colours, textures, photography style and sample mockups reflecting your look and feel.

October 2025 update: the custom GPT was producing noticeably worse images than the raw prompt, so the full prompt is now handed over to use in any image tool. It still tests best in ChatGPT, with Gemini (Nano Banana Pro) a close second at higher resolution.

Instructions
  1. 1

Start with your Brand Vibe Report

Paste in the vibe report, or upload whatever details you have — sentences, images, screenshots.

Tip · Less information keeps results more creative; more information makes them more precise. A short, clear vibe report usually wins the first round.

  2. 2

Submit and wait for the image

Generation takes a minute. Be patient.

Tip · Doing the back-and-forth in writing first saves time — fine-tune the direction before you wait on pixels.

  3. 3

    Review the visual concept

Look at the palette, icons, textures and overall style, then ask the only question that matters: does this feel like the brand?

Tip · Odd colour casts are fixable in words — "use more blue", "go for a more expensive look".

  4. 4

    Iterate and refine

Feedback like "make it bolder" or "less playful, more professional" can change the result completely. A few words is often the whole edit.

  5. 5

Use multiple tabs for faster testing

Open several chats and run different directions at once instead of waiting on one at a time.

  6. 6

Compare with and without a vibe report

Run it both ways — one with a detailed report, one where the AI invents from scratch. A little direction usually produces the more interesting result.

  7. 7

    Keep it playful

Try wild or ridiculous ideas. The AI will brand a podcast, a course, a birthday party, or something entirely made up.

  8. 8

Save and use your favourite boards

Download the winner and keep it to hand — it's the reference for all the branding, content and design work that follows.

Pro tips
  • If results look bland, add descriptive words — "bold", "edgy", "big city vibe"
  • First results are rarely perfect. Keep playing and testing
  • If the AI keeps going off track, start a fresh chat with a revised vibe report
  • For the highest resolution, run it in aistudio.google.com set to 4K — Gemini (Nano Banana) out-resolves ChatGPT

This reads the mood board image and writes a clean, followable guide — how to actually use the colours, fonts, textures and photo style in real content.

Instructions
  1. 1

    Upload your mood board image

Drag in the finished board. The tool analyses it and writes the visual brand guidelines.

  2. 2

    Add extra content (optional)

Upload the vibe report, text or screenshots for a more precise result.

  3. 3

    Review the written guidelines

It covers brand intro, personality and tone, typography, colour palette, textures and backgrounds, photo style, visual icons, mockup style, artistic signature and cinematic feel.

  4. 4

    Copy and save your guidelines

Paste into a Google Doc — typing doc.new in the browser creates one instantly.

  5. 5

    Give feedback and iterate

Improve it in chat, mixing in examples of brands you admire.

Tip · Ask for the result in Canvas — then you can edit it directly and discuss changes without it rewriting the whole document.

  6. 6

    Try screenshots or existing assets

Upload screenshots of current marketing, the website, or existing brand graphics to ground it in what already exists.

  7. 7

    Experiment with brand inspirations

Name brands directly or upload visuals as examples.

  8. 8

Test your guidelines in real projects

Use them to create new AI-generated visuals and see whether the output actually holds together.

  9. 9

    Combine visuals and written instructions

Always pair the written guidelines with the visuals — neither works as well alone.

Each prompt visualises a different direction the brand could take — colour, layout, photography, storytelling. Run them in ChatGPT or Gemini to see multiple creative concepts fast, then pick the strongest before moving into production or hiring a designer.

All 50 are imported and live in the prompt library above — open any one to read it and copy it. Best results come from Nano Banana Pro in Gemini, or ChatGPT's native image generation. The first half of each prompt carries most of the instruction, so if a tool truncates the ending it generally still works.

Google's Nano Banana model changed how this content gets made. The method wraps it in two tools.

👨‍🎨Scene Generator

Turn any idea — or an uploaded photo — into a photo shoot or ad-ready image. Places your product or subject into high-quality lifestyle, product and advertising scenes.

↔️Style Transfer

Apply branded filters to photos you already have, keeping every expression, pose and detail intact. Built for personal brand photos, team headshots, podcast portraits and testimonials.

Pro tips
  • If Gemini refuses to generate, start a new chat — models play hard to get and safety settings change often
  • aistudio.google.com/prompts/new_chat is the reliable fallback, and it's where you set 4K output
  • If it returns the same image over and over, the chat is stuck. A fresh chat fixes it more often than a better prompt

Ready-made prompts that analyse an uploaded image and drop it into realistic, branded environments — ad-ready product shots, lifestyle scenes and brand photography without a camera. Use them to visualise packaging or ad concepts and test how a product looks in real-world context.

All 17 are imported and live in the prompt library above — filter to Scene Generator. Sub-categories: physical product mockups, book & publication, digital downloads, creative & ad visuals, digital interfaces, plus a META PROMPT that builds new Scene Generator prompts for any object.

Apply artistic, cinematic or branded visual styles directly to an uploaded image while keeping the subject's identity exact. Turns ordinary photos into consistent, on-brand assets that match your visual guidelines.

All 42 are imported and live in the prompt library above — filter to Style Transfer. Sub-categories: portrait & editorial, retro & vintage, cosmic/surreal/fantasy, fine art & nature, glam & pop, illustration & graphic art, neon/night/urban, atmospheric, plus a META PROMPT that builds new Style Transfer prompts.

Set up a ChatGPT Project (free accounts work now too) holding the Brand Vibe Report, the Mood Board Image and the Visual Brand Guidelines together, so every new chat starts with the brand already loaded instead of re-explaining it.

The full project instruction block is imported as a copyable prompt — find “ChatGPT Project Instructions” in the library above. It makes the uploaded brand files the design authority for everything generated afterwards, including a visual-alignment protocol that stops the model reaching for generic template aesthetics.

Instructions
  1. 1

Open ChatGPT and create a Project

Projects now work on free accounts too. Name it after the brand.

Tip · The project instructions location moved recently — it's behind the 3-dot menu, top right.

  2. 2

    Upload the three files

Your Brand Vibe Report (document), your Mood Board Image (2:3 graphic), and your Visual Brand Guidelines (document).

  3. 3

    Add the project instructions

3 dots, top right → Add instructions. Paste the imported ChatGPT Project Instructions block.

  4. 4

    Save and use it

Every new chat inside the project now has the brand assets and the rules already in context.

Techniques and prompts for getting better image results out of Gamma AI and other generators, including workarounds for common failures and model limitations. Pairs with the Image Art Style tool, which defines a repeatable look for mood, colour and lighting so every image stays on-brand.

The prompt library

110 copy-paste prompts across all three imported libraries. Open one to read it and copy it straight into ChatGPT or Gemini.

51 prompts in Mood Board

Running it

Which AI tool handles each prompt best, what each step should leave you holding, and how to keep the look consistent afterwards.

Where to run the prompts
  • 🍌Gemini — Nano Banana Pro

The strongest image results and the highest resolution. If it refuses to generate, start a fresh chat — that fixes it more often than rewording the prompt.

  • 💬ChatGPT — native image generation

Tests best for the mood board itself. Lower resolution than Gemini, but the most reliable at following a long prompt end to end.

  • 🎛️Google AI Studio

aistudio.google.com — the fallback when Gemini stalls, and the only place to set 4K output.

What each step produces
  • 1️⃣Brand Vibe Report

A written read on how the brand feels — tone, energy, audience, founder story. Run the Step 1 prompt in the library above.

  • 2️⃣Mood Board Image

A vertical board of the actual look — fonts, colours, textures, photography, mockups. Run the Step 2 prompt.

  • 3️⃣Visual Brand Guidelines

A written guide anything can build from. Run the Step 3 prompt, then keep all three together in a ChatGPT Project.

Keeping it consistent
  • 📂ChatGPT Project Instructions

Load the three artefacts into a project and paste the instructions prompt so every later chat stays on-brand. Free accounts support projects.

  • ↔️Style Transfer

Re-skin photos you already have so they match the guidelines, keeping faces and poses intact.

  • 👨‍🎨Scene Generator

Drop a product or subject into branded scenes for ads, social and mockups.
